Bauhaus will be located opposite Spinningfields Landmark building Hardman Square, a 35 storey tower designed to form the centrepiece of the Spinningfields development. The tower will include 53,419 sq m (575,000 sq ft) of office and retail space, set around a public square, and will be almost 10 storeys taller than Manchester's tallest buildings.
